Dave was at his wacky best tonight. Took a pic of him onscreen wearing a "crispy chicken skin" from a gag about a "new" McDonalds product -- check tribe album.

Thu, January 19, 2006 - 12:04 AMOK, so what happened on this episode? He made a reference to being glad they started over again, like he had started the show once and then started again. I know when I saw the show live he made a mistake in the closing and re-did it.
Then there was the rubicks cube guy. You can't tell me that was the person who was supposed to be on the show. So why did that person not appear? Who was that guy? A writer? Why did Dave twice make disparaging comments about the first half of the show and the audience thought it was hilarious? ANd what made him in such a good mood so much so that he and others commented on it. He even proclaimed that whip snapping guy was something!

Thu, January 19, 2006 - 9:13 PMI didn't notice the thing about starting again... But he was just THE WACKIEST!! that night. The rubicks cube guy was a total gag that I didn't pick up on until he threw the cube through the back of the set. Was a gag kind of like the way he announces Lance Armstrong, and some fat guy rides through the set and out the back door on a racing bike. -

Thu, January 19, 2006 - 10:20 PMYeah, but he was listed as a guest on the opening. He usually doesn't do that for a gag. I suspect something happened to the real rubix guest. It's a lot to go thru just for a dude throwing it thru the window.
